Debbie is a Managing Principal and Owner of Northwest Retirement Plan Consultants. Her primary focus is client consulting, business development, plan design, and TPA operations. With experience in the industry since 1985 - managing all aspects of retirement plan operations - her specialties are personnel management and career development, financial modeling and forecasting, workflow and CRM data base development, and management of strategic partnerships. Debbie has earned industry designations through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Her favorite thing about NWRPC is the staff, and the talent and skill they bring to the company and to clients. In her down time, Debbie enjoys running, hiking, wine tasting, and spending time with her family and two golden retrievers.
